Project – Self Love

Happy Monday!

Hope you had a fabulous weekend!

Since I am away till next week, and I wanted to keep the spirit of Valentine’s week alive with this invaluable post that resonated with me from one of my favorite bloggers Richa of iScriblr.

It’s time to kill the “Monday Blues” with some Real Talk and SELF-LOVE!

That’s right folks, loving yourself and believing in what you stand for – is undoubtedly the best way to appreciate oneself! Fall in love with yourself and concentrate on what makes you, YOU! Love yourself for all the good that you see and accept your flaws and the fact that you are imperfect (just like everyone else around is). Well, this does not mean that you do not learn to improve from your shortcomings; instead, you are just being gentle and kind to yourself despite all perceived ”abnormalities”.
Have confidence in your abilities. Know that you have the ability to make important changes for yourself, for as long as you put your heart to it. You are definitely more than what you give yourself credit for! And believing in your worth is the first step towards a never-ending love affair with yourself.

“Love yourself. Forgive yourself. Be true to yourself. How you treat yourself sets the standard for how others will treat you.”
– Steve Maraboli

Owning our story and loving ourselves through that “mushrooming” process is the bravest thing that we’ll ever do. Don’t give up on yourself and take every failure as a “wise” lesson towards a BETTER, WISER, BOLDER YOU!

Here’s to believing in ourselves a little more than we did yesterday!

Sending loving vibes! 💋
