Setting yourself free of negative thoughts

Ever wonder why am I in a funk? Could it be work, relationship, did not get enough likes on social media, or life itself?  Daily living today is different than ever before.  So how do you decompress and reprogram your brain to be happy again?

Live in a space of gratitude and appreciation.  Look around you and find the positives in every day living. Say thank you to the uinverse for your home, awakening, the hot water coming out of your shower, pets, family, food, nature, etc. When you practice living in a space of gratitude and appreciation you don’t feel a lack of anything.  Rhonda Byrne the author of the Secret and Power expands on this subject in her books.

In the book Return to Love by Marianne Williamson she says:

Thoughts are like a data entered into a computer, registered on the screen of your life. If you don’t like what you see in the screen, there’s no point in going up to the screen and trying to erase it Thought is cause; experience is effect. If you do not like the effects in your life, you have to change the nature of your thinking.

Eckhart Tolle writes in his book the Power of Now,  we have to live in the present.  Much of our suffering comes from thinking about the past, or the future.  Even events that have not happened yet we stress out about.

I can go on for days and write an entire book on this subject.  For now, this is a quick mental note for you all.

Sending you all happy vibes!
