type:A Deodorant Review

If you have been following my blog you know, I am the biggest fan of aluminum-free deodorants, and I like to sample many at a time.

When I had the opportunity to try type:A Deodorant $10.00, I jumped on it because this magical deodorant comes in a super easy tube.

type:A Deodorant is a Non-toxic deodorant that won’t irritate your skin, it’s a lightweight cream that won’t stain your clothes, and it’s a Leaping Bunny certified cruelty-free product.  How cool is that?

Here’s how it works:

type:A is a glycerin-based formula. When glycerin comes into contact with moisture (i.e., your sweat), it sucks it up like a sponge. Plus, glycerin helps your skin stay soft and smooth.

Glycerin is a complex of ingredients that prevent odor and protect against wetness including zeolites, silver, zinc, baking soda, arrowroot powder and more.

These active ingredients are released little by little, each time you sweat, mimicking a time-release effect.

The formula acts as an invisible shield on your skin, waiting patiently to defeat odor and sweat as it happens.

I have been using the product for 26 days.  It dispenses super easy with just one squeeze.

The first day was at Fashion Week.  That day was super cold, and I wore a heavy coat, but once I arrived at the shows, it was so warm that I began to sweat.  Lucky for me this deodorant worked, especially under the hot lights for photo ops.

It’s creamy in texture with a faint of citrus scent that is not overpowering.  This deodorant kept me dry for over 10 hours.

I especially love the packaging because it made it easier to travel in my carry on luggage.

I highly recommend this affordable $10.00 aluminum-free, non-irritating deodorant that not only lasts for hours but keeps you nice and dry.
