Banish Belly Fat RN with this supplement

Happy Tuesday!

For some of you already taking the plunge to turn a new leaf on your New Year’s dietary resolutions, this post is for you.

As we mature losing belly fat can be challenging, especially if we are not working out as much as we should.

Experts say that those trying to lose weight in particular over 40 can benefit from incorporating an anti-inflammatory supplement like Tumeric to their fitness regimen for its inflammation-fighting and metabolism-boosting effects.

Turmeric is a favorite spice that is commonly used in Indian food for its aromatic scent and robust flavor. It also contains anti-inflammatory and anti-viral properties, which is all thanks to its main ingredient curcumin.

“One of the reasons of weight gain is low-grade metabolic inflammation,” According to Biswas, who writes for StyleCraze. “Turmeric contains a polyphenol, curcumin that possesses anti-inflammatory and antiobesity properties. This property of curcumin helps to suppress white adipose tissue inflammation. Curcumin also inhibits fat cell proliferation and promotes adiponectin secretion, an anti-inflammatory agent secreted by fat cells.”

When taken as a supplement, turmeric makes for an excellent detoxifying agent for the body and flushes out any buildup that accumulates from our diet and lifestyle that hinders weight loss. This toxicity can lead to a digestive, hormone, and weight issue.

Taking 500 milligrams daily of this anti-inflammatory supplement has been shown to activate these valuable benefits.

Before you know it, bikini season sneaks up on us, but you will be ready by taking this excellent supplement!

Sending healthy vibes! 💋
