How to turn your shower into paradise

Happy Friday!

Hope you all are enjoying the last couple of weeks of summer. It crushes me to write that, but the season of the outdoor fiesta is almost over.

I am continually looking for a change in my daily life routines, so this month I began to convert my ordinary shower into a spa-like experience.

I began by hanging a Eucalyptus plant on my shower head. I must say it felt like I was in an oasis. The batch I bought was not that well scented, so I poured eucalyptus oil into a plastic spray bottle for the ultimate fragrance experience. Awaken and detoxify your body with a dry brush. Dry brushing prevents cellulite while supporting digestion, and should be done before you get wet.

Give yourself a soothing mini back rub with a long handle Bathing Brush. The extended handle allows you to clean the areas that are hard to reach such as the back with ease. The brush is especially helpful if you have tightness on your upper back.

Invest in 100% Egyptian Cotton Towels. Drying your skin with an Egyptian cotton towel will make you feel like you’re in a private spa room, or a five-star hotel, and not your own bathroom. I use Turkish Luxury Collection.

Pamper yourself with a luxurious body wash. Daily I use Marseillais body wash, but on the days I want to spoil myself I use Le Labo, Santal 33. The scent is so magical it will enliven you throughout the day.

Play soothing spa sounds, or ocean waves with a waterproof shower, Bluetooth speaker. This little device is life changing.  You will immediately feel as if you are carried away into a far away luxurious resort with no passport needed just a calm mind.

I heard about dry brushing before and really wanted to try it, but I always forgot to buy a brush. I need to get one soon, so I can try it. Also I need to try eucalyptus tip, I’m sure that is just incredible experience. xx

Nope, you can find them at Bed Bath and Beyond. I included a link. You can also look out for these towels at TJ Max, or Marshall’s. Look for Turkish towels. Better yet wrap your arm around one to feel the softness. xx
