Happy Monday!
Hope everyone had an amazing weekend!
As our inner fire is full ablaze to continue our New Year’s resolution, here are some tips on How to Level Up your Self-Care this year:
Turn your weakness into strengths

2019 is all about transformative change. Figure out how to use your weakness to become a better version of yourself, to do things smarter and to get ahead in whatever you feel it is needed.
You might want to try making a list of all the things you’ve learned about yourself so far in 2018, create a Make It Happen notebook. Write it down and keep it with you, thinking about how you’re going to build on that and improve yourself continually.
Have a savings goal

This year, save for something big whether it’s a vacation, a designer bag, or a mortgage downpayment. Commit yourself and stick to your budget. You’ll be surprised at what can happen when you commit to it for an entire year and will be able to treat yourself with what you genuinely want once the year is over.
Follow your dreams

Whatever your dream might be, this is the year to follow it. Whether it’s starting a business, learning a skill, putting on a show, follow it and commit yourself to it entirely. This is the only way you’re going to make 2019 matter.
Don’t get too comfortable in 2019, push yourself hard and continuously try to go for what you want. You might want to start the year by making a note of your goals every single month in your Goals 2019 Diary, this way you’ll never forget what you want to be working on daily, weekly, or monthly.
Get in Shape

2019 is the year for getting in the best shape of your life. You might already be there, but why not step it up a notch in 2019. Follow your fitness goals and stick to them, because you only get one body and this year should be the year that you treat it right. Give yourself the love you deserve and look after yourself by working out and eating right. You’ll thank yourself for it.

To help you develop in 2019, you need to read more. Read widely, too, don’t just stick with one genre. Read biographies, historical fiction, magazines about science. You need to read as many things as you possibly can. Get some new opinions, read unpopular opinions. This is an excellent way to improve your empathy for others and your conversation skills, too.
Go Offline

It’s essential to go offline every so often. Turn off your WI-FI if you have to. Force yourself to detox from the internet after work, in the evenings, and sometimes on the weekends.
Step away from the constant noise and comparison just for a few nights a week, and you’ll feel a lot happier and more relaxed when you switch off and focus on real life.
Create a Chain

Create a chain for yourself in 2019 to make sure you actually achieve everything you put your mind to. There’s a popular method that says if you do one small thing every single day for 30 minutes, you will be so amazed at the progress you’ll make. Maybe this year you overcomplicated your goals, perhaps you need to take it back to basics. Work out every day for 30 minutes a day.
Be Confident

Confidence is quiet, insecurities are loud – or so they say. I know this because I used to dress crazy in my 20’s to get attention. 🙈 In 2019, learn to be more confident in your skin. Learn to do things your way and be comfortable with your own decisions. It takes some time, some quiet reflection, and some trust in yourself.
Push yourself to do one thing that scares you next year; this will help build that confidence up. The more things you do that force you to go out of your comfort zone, the better.
Sending strong zen vibes to get you through the week! 💋

great advice. I have started a 2019 intention book. Writing down intentions and breaking them down into smaller pieces.
