DIY end of winter beauty and body detox

Can you believe spring is 35 days away?  I am joyous with excitement!!

Now is the best time to practice proper self-care by detoxing your mind and body to leap  into the new season with a healthier you from the inside out.

Take a Seeress-Designed Bath to align your energy 

Ingredients:

-Clear Quartz crystal

-Three cups of Epsom salt

-One tablespoon activated charcoal

-White rose petals

The Ritual:

-Clear your aura with the smoke of white sage

-Step into bath and dunk head under water

-Say into the bath “I release control and surrender to the flow”

Apple Cider Vinegar Bath (before bed)

Add 2 cups of Apple Cider Vinegar to a regular sized tub of water as hot as tolerated. Use more as needed if your tub is oversized. Stay in the vinegar bath until the water has cooled, 45 minutes. Towel dry and don’t shower for at least 8 hours, which is why this bath is best to do before bed.

This bath detoxifies muscle aches and pains it also balances out the PH level in your body.  This bath will draw out excess uric acid out of the body.

Dry Brushing

Instuctions:  Upward strokes three times on each leg beginning at the toes. Circular strokes on stomach, upward strokes three times on each arm.  Downward on your chest and breast.
