We have the same hours in a day as Beyonce; we witness her set the world on fire yet you feel like you got nothing done at the end of the day, it’s as if the hours slipped away like a basket under running water by the end of the week.
The simple 10-minute trick is to track your accomplishments by writing them down. Reward yourself by hitting the Done button, or strike through a listed item on your journal, to do list. It’s an instant dopamine booster. It will trigger your brain into feeling a sense of productivity adding further motivation.
