Winter Hand Care

Happy Humpday!

Feeling super excited that Fashion Week begins tomorrow, so I will be doing some shares for the next couple of days to attend shows.

I am sure you know that our hands are one of the first parts of our bodies to show signs of aging?

Our hands are continuously being exposed to the environment and harsh free radicals that can take a toll. While hands are often left out of our daily beauty routine, it’s never too late to prevent further aging and give your hands the TLC they deserve.

Below are handy tips (pun intended) for the best hand care practices.

Use hand cream daily
This may seem like the obvious answer, but hand cream is a surefire way to guarantee healthy hands. Try to moisturize your hands twice a day til Spring.

Don’t neglect your nails
Yes, your nails matter too! When applying your daily moisturizer, make sure to massage some of it into your nail beds for softer, more hydrated cuticles. It’s also best to avoid cutting your cuticles because it can grow back tougher and more jagged over time.

Wear SPF
Our hands and face are exposed to the sun more than any other part of our body, so don’t hold back on SPF-infused lotions.

Wear gloves
Whether you’re washing dishes or working in a garden, wear rubber gloves to protect your hands from the harsh, skin-drying ingredients. Trust me, this will go a long way!

Sending beauty vibes! 💋

My nails have been flourishing this past month or so! I think it’s because I’ve been so consistent with taking my vitamins, but they’ve grown long & strong and I love it haha
