All You Need to Know about Spottle – New Dating App

Are you bored with swiping? Try spinning the bottle! Spin Labs this month announced the launch of its new dating app, Spottle a modern take on the classic Spin the Bottle party game, Spottle lets you meet people in real time with a 30-second video chat instead of the old and tired swiping model.

Spottle allows users to play a live game of virtual spin the bottle. When the ‘bottle’ lands on someone, you enter a 30-second video chat with them to establish whether the attraction is there and whether you want to take it further. My neurotic side would have my hair blown out, full makeup face just for a video chat, 🙈 but I guess it works for some people.

There are other perks to this kind of dating. When you are busy all week, and seeing your friends on your precious only free time, messaging someone on a dating app in the fruitless attempt to organize a date can be challenging, time-consuming, and ultimately a bit annoying. Spottle incorporates the immediacy of speed dating so that, once the bottle lands on someone, you will hopefully get an idea if there is an instant attraction. If not, you can just carry on living your best life.

Spottle helps daters break the ice with fun questions covering topics ranging from pineapple on pizza to Game of Thrones. Users can also up their spin game with bonus features including Flick, Freeze, and Direct Hit.

To prevent unwanted “junk” from interrupting your date, Spottle uses a “no face, no date” policy, where if no face is detected, the video chat is blurred out.

Spottle’s motto is “Meet people, not profiles.”

It’s now available on the App Store. For more information visit: https://spottle.app.

Sending love vibes! 💋

I’m off of all dating apps, since I’m in relationship right now. But you never know when you might need them haha. This new one sounds interesting, I feel like everyone is already bored of Tinder. xx
