Dinner and Stargazing
One of the most romantic and budget-friendly things to do is to cook a romantic dinner, open a nice bottle of wine, then go out and stargaze on a clear summer night.
Sunset Beach Walk
Not only is a beach walk good for your health, but oh so romantic, especially if you live on the west coast. Just seeing the sun melt into the water is a life-changing experience.
Picnic at the Park
You don’t need to have a fancy basket and get all Martha Stewart for a romantic picnic. For a cozy picnic, all you need is a cute beach towel, blanket, or a sheet, some cheese, bread, crackers, and fresh fruit. Everything tastes better when you are with the right person eating al fresco.
Go on a hike to a National Park
Not only is a hike meditative and beneficial to your mental health, but downright romantic. Take a break by a waterfall, sneak a kiss, and take a beautiful view that only Mother Nature can offer.
Attend a local sporting event
Baseball, tennis, soccer, there’s bound to be a local team in your area that would be fun to watch.
Bike Ride
Take a leisurely bike ride and explore your city. Many places offer daytime rentals. Even a calm bike ride is excellent for your heart, brain, and blood vessels. Aerobic exercise also triggers the release of endorphins, the body’s feel-good chemicals—which may make you feel young at heart and ready for late-night romance. 😍

I’m trying to enjoy last days of summer, because I don’t want it to end. I’m so sad that summer is almost over, in Bosnia from next week it’s gonna rain and temperature will drop because fall is approaching. I wanna go on few hikes before that, I enjoy them so much. Lovely ideas, picnic is always a good idea. xx
