How do I feel at the moment?
Very happy! I am in Miami relaxing with some cool lounge music in the background.
What do I need more in my life?
Stillness! I am always running to an appointment, errand, event, lunch, or dinner. 😀
What would make me happy right now?
Meditation, which reminds me I have to plug in and tune out after finishing this post. 😜
What is going right in my life?
My relationship and this blog, which turned one year yesterday. I created this little corner of the web, and it brings me such joy. I love to receive comments from you on how your day is better, or words that touched your heart after reading a post. It’s those positive comments that keep me going.
What am I most grateful for? List 10 things. (I can literally write over 60 items I am grateful for, but to answer Anita’s questions, here we go)

What is bothering me & why?
Patience, it’s been a life long struggle, which is why I practice yoga and pilates. Not all poses can be done in one day. Everything that serves for your highest good will come in time. I have to remind myself this mantra, daily.
What are my priorities at the moment?
My health, nutrition, mental and spiritual growth.
What do I love about my self?
I am a kind and good soul ❤️
Who means the world to me & why?
My fiancé, family and friends. Without their love and support I would not be the person I am today.
If I could share one message with the world, what would it be?
Give of yourself of which you would like to receive in your life. If you want more love, give more of it to the universe.
What advice would I give to my younger self?
Love yourself more, you are good enough just the way you are right now.
What lesson did I learn this week?
It’s ok to be vulnerable

Travel the world
Whats draining my energy?
All the food I just ate, oh boy I am in a food coma. 🤪
What does my ideal morning look like?
Weekdays: Stretching in bed, coffee, meditation, yoga and a long shower.
Weekends: Sleep in followed by a day in bed reading, or binge watching shows
What does my ideal day look like?
Having a long lunch at Michael’s in midtown with my bestie, or high tea (afternoon tea) at the Baccarat Hotel with friends.
What makes me come alive?
90 minute massage, Soul Cycle, Yoga and reading other bloggers posts!
What/who inspires me the most?
A good book, my fiancé, my friends and Oprah Super Soul Sunday Podcast.
Where does my pain originate?
My own head and false beliefs. I have to remember my thoughts are not facts!
What are my strengths?
Always try to better the world with kindness
I rely on myself for happiness
What is something I’ve always wanted but too scared to get?
What is something I would love to learn?
My dad is French, but he worked so much that I ended up only learning Spanish, so I would love to learn how to speak French someday.

6 months in New York
3 months Europe
3 months Palm Beach, Florida or California
Where would I like to travel in the next 5 years?
Ireland (just to see the castles) 😃
