When did you get into fashion/travel and blogging?

My whole life has been about fashion and travel. However, this year I decided to share my experiences with the world through my blog.

When and why did you created your blog “INGRID MADISON AVE”?

I created IngridMadisonAve in May, 2016. For years, I kept a detailed list of all things travel, therapy sessions, good and bad dating experiences as well as beauty tips. Everyone I would meet always wanted me to share my list with them, so it made sense to start a blog.

Croatia and Greece is the rage right now. Definitely visit in the summer.

In 2018 it’s all about drugstore beauty products. Drugstores have stepped up their beauty game and now you can spend less than $20.00 and have a solid product.

Self-care, without it you cannot be of service to others.

Who are some of your favorite models and designers, and why?

Models

Natalia Vodianova aka Supernova, she has the ultimate rags to riches story. Her relentless vision to give back to society is awe-inspiring.

Veruschka von Lehndorff, in her prime she was a hardworking woman with values. She never allowed the modeling world to convert her into abourgeois.

Designers:

Diane von Fürstenberg, she lives a fearless life with elegance and grace. The timeless wrap dresses are everything.

Alice and Olivia, founder Stacey Bendet, empowered women by not making them look masculine when she designed the low-rise slim fitting pants. I love her feminine approach to design clothing that combines sexy yet whimsical sophistication.

What does fashion mean to you?

Expression of oneself, you can be as eccentric as you want, or timeless beauty in a matter of minutes. Fashion is art in motion.
