It’s been a whopper of a month! Between the holiday events, friends visiting and not even close to all the shopping done, I needed a hydra boost for my tired eyes.
In came Olay Retinol Eye Cream – Target $24.99
First of all the $24.99 price was the sweet spot and lure for me then I read the mixed reviews, but I still wanted to give it a try because I don’t have deep wrinkle eyes, but I needed a bit more hydration due to winter dryness and exhaustion.
The claims:
- Pro Retinol Eye Cream Treatment reduces the look of your deepest wrinkles in just 4 weeks
- Decreases the appearance of crow’s feet and deep-set wrinkles to reflect visibly smoother, younger-looking eyes
- Formulated with Retinyl Propionate, Olay’s best wrinkle-fighting ingredient
- Renews skin surface over time for brighter skin
I have been using the cream for four weeks now, and there is a slight difference in the reduction of dark circles, but not earth-shattering smoothness around my eyes. They are the same as when I used the Neutrogena Eye Rapid Wrinkle Repair.
This is a product I will trash as I don’t see any ‘real” eye changing results.
